The leading german mechatronics magazine Mechatronik issue 5/6 2008 published an article describing use of SPL principles and pure::variants in the development of software for mechatronical devices at Danfoss Drives

The authors describe in this article, published in the magazine Mechatronik FM issue 5/6 2008 pages 46-48, how complex systems can be developed more efficiently using software product line principles and the variant management tool pure::variants. The article is an example of how product lines are incrementally developed based on software from previous products at Danfoss Drives.
